Homemade Thanksgiving Stuffing Made with

The Best Stuffing Ever!

Serves 4-6(We always double or even triple it!)

 

3 slices Bacon

1 large Red or White Onion - chopped fine

1 C Dry White Wine

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp fresh Thyme

1/2 tsp Pepper

1 Tablespoons butter

10 cups fresh bread cubes

Chicken stock

 

Cook bacon until crisp. Remove from pan and chop fine. Add onion to the pan and cook until onion is beginning to brown. Add wine, salt, thyme, and pepper and adjust the heat to high. Boil rapidly until the wine has almost disappeared. Add butter. When it melts and bread cubes and cook over medium heat to toast. Add bacon bits and stock until desired texture.
