Mike's Buttermilk Pancakes

When we're in a mood for pancakes then we look no further than to Mike's speciality buttermilk pancakes! We have to make a lot of pancakes to feed our crowd and leftovers are just fine because they keep well in the refrigerator for another day. These are so good they can be eaten all on their own. But they are especially yummy with our homemade Dream Syrup.

Yield - about 64 pancakes


6 Eggs

6 cups of Flour

6 cups of Buttermilk

1/3 cup Sugar

3/4 cup Vegetable Oil

2 Tbsp Baking Powder

1 Tbsp Baking Soda

1 Tbsp Salt



Whisk eggs until fluffy. Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix until just combined. Cook on skillet at 350 F in 1/4 cup increments.
