Taco Soup

This is a super easy crowd pleaser! When Megan is out of town for a few days, Taco Soup will most definitely make it to the table because Mike can actually make this one! There's also room to play around with the spices to make it your own!


32 Oz Black Beans or Pinto Beans (if desired reduce and add 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained)

1 Onion Chopped and Sautéed 

2 Cloves Garlic

1/2 Tsp Oregano

1.5 Tsp Chili Powder

2 Tsp Cumin

16 Oz Tomato Sauce

28 Oz Crushed Tomatoes 

16 Oz Corn, Drained




In a large pan saucepan saute the onion and then place all the ingredients in the saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with grated cheese and sour cream over corn chips.
